Following his admission as a Lawyer in 1990, Simon has worked extensively in the Middle East, North Africa, Asia and Washington DC and has acted for Australian and international companies as well as Sovereign State Governments across the world.
Simon advisory expertise is in the area of Entrepreneurship and major projects.
He assists entrepreneurs and established businesses in developing their interests in overseas markets, including market penetration, expansion and set up, as well as a full suite of export/import advice.
Simon has a proven track record in working in multi-jurisdictions nationally and internationally and has acted for entrepreneurs and start ups to blue chip companies and Sovereign States in major projects including, by way of example: Food Security, Climate Change abatement, Energy, Artificial Intelligence and Medical Devices technologies.
Simon has worked extensively in the applied University research and development field. in addition he has wide experience in the commercialisation of technology, Intellectual Property and of course Entrepreneurship and start ups.
